Corporate One is an invite-only CTX account for large project developers, corporate buyers and offtake brokers. There is no account fee and no percentage commission: each side of a trade pays a flat US$0.10 per credit, whatever the price.
CTX offers Corporate One to a limited number of high-volume participants, on both sides of the market.
For institutional traders, major banks and corporations that run their own carbon trading desks and buy credits in volume.
For large international project developers and corporate offtake brokers who bring credits to market at scale.
Corporate One changes how you pay and how you are supported. The market, the listings and the settlement stay the same.
A standard CTX membership combines an annual account fee with a percentage commission on each trade. Corporate One replaces both. There is no fee to open the account, no minimum balance, and a flat US$0.10 per credit on each side of the trade, whatever the credit's price. It is the first time in CTX's 18 years that we have dropped the account fee and the percentage commission.

CTX's in-house trading desk works with members from sourcing high-quality credits through to building a portfolio.
Buy to transfer or buy to retire without opening and maintaining accounts at each registry yourself.
FX rates stream live from Westpac at the point of execution, and every trade comes with an instant invoice and statement showing the credit's co-benefits.
Corporate One is not a separate market. Members trade on CTX alongside everyone else and keep full access to the credits listed there, which change constantly and span a wide range of project types, vintages and price points.
Trades settle the same day through CTX's direct registry links, around the clock, and clear electronically with no paperwork to chase. What changes is the fee, and the support you get from our trading desk.
The exchange itself has a long record: in 18 years of trading, CTX has never had a trade default.
How the exchange works →Corporate One is not a self-serve sign-up. Every account starts with a referral or a direct invitation from CTX.
Email corporateone@ctxexchange.com to ask about an invitation. If CTX has already invited you, reply to the email that came with it.
Invitations go to a limited number of corporate buyers and sellers, by referral or directly from CTX. They can't be transferred.
When you accept, CTX confirms your account terms, including the per-credit fee that applies to you.
Buy and sell on CTX at any hour, with each trade settled the same day and an invoice issued instantly.
High-volume participants. On the sell side, that means large international project developers and corporate offtake brokers. On the buy side, it means institutional traders, major banks and corporations with their own carbon trading desks.
No. CTX opens every Corporate One account by referral or direct invitation, and offers it to a limited number of organisations. To ask about an invitation, email corporateone@ctxexchange.com. If you trade smaller volumes, a standard exchange account is open to companies and project developers.
Each side of a trade pays a flat US$0.10 per credit: the buyer on the credits it buys, the seller on the credits it sells. The fee doesn't change with the price of the credit. Your account terms, including the per-credit fee, are confirmed when you accept your invitation.
No. A Corporate One account is free to open and has no minimum balance.
No. Corporate One members can buy to transfer or buy to retire without holding their own registry accounts.
They are simplified. There is no transfer or retirement fee on Gold Standard, Global Carbon Registry, BioCarbon Standard, UCR or UNFCCC CDM credits, and a single one-time charge on Verra VCS credits.
Standard members pay an annual membership plus a percentage commission on each trade, as set out in CTX's published fee structure. Corporate One replaces both with no account fee and a flat fee per credit. Both kinds of account trade on the same exchange and settle the same day.
